<b>Only 3 Ingredients:</b></div>

8 oz. Cream Cheese</div>

15 oz of Oreos (any flavor, just not the double stuffed kind)</div>

16 oz / 2 boxes of Baker's semi-sweet baking squares</div>

Smash all, except five, of the oreos.</div>

Put in a bowl and blend in the cream cheese.</div>

Roll into 1" balls.</div>

Melt the chocolate squares.</div>

Smash up the 5 extra cookies.</div>

Using a fork, dip the balls into the chocolate.</div>

This is my new favorite treat. I made them for a get together at my house last night and they were a hit! You can also find this recipe on the back of the Western Family 1-Minute Oatmeal box. I modify the recipe a little bit, but here is the original: <br />
<br />
3/4 cup butter<br />
3/4 cup brown sugar<br />
1/4 cup granulated sugar<br />
1 cup All Purpose Flour<br />
2 cups Sweetened Coconut (I use 1 cup moist, shredded coconut)<br />
1-1/2 cups Quick Oatmeal<br />
3/4 cup (9 0z) Raspberry Preserves<br />

I also add about 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips<br />
<br />
Preheat oven to 375ºF. Beat butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar together until fluffy. Add flour, 1 cup coconut (I leave the coconut out of the dough) and oatmeal; mix together. Set aside 1 cup dough. Press remaining dough evenly over bottom of a 9x13" pan. Spread raspberry preserves over the dough. Crumble remaining dough over the preserves. Sprinkle 1 cup of coconut over the dough (and, if desired, sprinkle 1 cup chocolate chips on top). Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.<br />

Ingredients:<br />
3 T extra virgin olive oil<br />
1 sm white onion, minced (around 1 c)<br />
4 t garlic, minced (about 4 cloves)<br />
1/2 c frozen french cut green beans<br />
1/4 c celery (I like a little more, about 1 1/2 stalks)<br />
1/2 c chopped zucchini<br />
4 c vegetable broth (don't don't don't use chicken broth)<br />
3 c hot water<br />
1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes<br />
2 (15 oz) cans red kidney beans (drained)<br />
2 (15 oz) cans small white beans (drained)<br />
1/2 c carrot, shredded<br />
2 T fresh* parsley, chopped finely<br />
1 1/2 t dried oregano<br />
1 1/2 t salt<br />
1/2 t ground black pepper<br />
1/2 t dried basil<br />
1/4 t dried thyme<br />
4 c baby spinach<br />
1/2 c small shell pasta<br />

Directions:<br />
1—heat EVO over med heat in a lg soup pot<br />
2—saute onion, garlic, green beans, celery, zucchini in the EVO for 5 min or until onions begin to turn translucent<br />
3—add vegetable broth, hot water, tomatoes, beans, carrot and spices<br />
4—bring soup to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 20 min<br />
5—add spinach leaves and pasta, simmer for 20 more min or until noodles are done<br />

A friend of mine rates her recipes by how good the left overs are the next day and the leftovers of this soup are amazing. Amazing.<br />

*Fresh is best, promise promise promise. But in the situation that you have to use dried half it, don't double it. The whole idea of a "green smoothie" used to weird me out like no other.... then I made one all by myself, dumped in all of the ingredients so I knew <i>exactly</i> what I would be eating, kept my expectations of tastiness real low and found myself giggling with excitement after I tasted it and it was actually <i>good</i>. Our home concoction was quite different. Gross different actually. Our blender is not that powerful so most of the leaves were just shredded instead of ground into liquid. Let's just say I didn't finish it. BUT I'm not falling off the wagon yet! I'm determined to get mine to taste like hers. No, I don't have the money to buy a blender like hers, but I will find a way...and when I do, you can bet I'll post about it.</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><br />
